摘要

目的:评价某院神经内科住院患者鼻饲给药的情况,提出应对策略,促进鼻饲给药的合理性。方法:回顾性分析某院神经内科2016年1-12月经鼻饲给药的95例患者病历,对药物使用具体情况及合理性等进行统计分析。结果:共有95例患者采用了鼻饲给药方法,涉及66个药物品种,应用频次达3 327次。剂型包括普通片、颗粒剂、胶囊、缓控释片、肠溶片等。药物种类以电解质和酸碱平衡及营养药物(49.7%)、心血管系统药物(16.2%)、神经系统药物(15.3%)为主。采用鼻饲法给药不适宜例次共460例次。结论:某院临床鼻饲用药存在一些不合理情况,需要进一步改进。药师可以更多地在临床用药前实施事前干预,以延续药物治疗的安全性和有效性。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the rationality of medication through nasal feeding tube in neurology department for rational medication.METHODS Totally 95 patients administered drugs through nasal feeding tube in neurology department from January to December in 2016 were reviewed. Medical records and drug administration were analyzed.RESULTS Sixty six drugs (used for 3 327 times) were administered through nasal feeding tube. The dosage forms included tablets, granules, capsules, controlled release tablets and enteric-coated tablets. The major medicines were electrolyte/acid-base balance/nutrition drugs (49.7%), followed by cardiovascular system drugs (16.2%) and nervous system drugs (15.3%). Inappropriate nasal feeding times were found in 460 cases.CONCLUSION Unreasonable medication given through nasal feeding tube exists in our hospital, which should be improved and avoided. Pharmacists should take more intervention in advance to promote the safety and efficiency of medication treatment.
